Chacha – The Spirit of Georgian Tradition

Chacha is a traditional Georgian distilled spirit made from grape pomace (the skins, seeds, and stems left after winemaking). This ancient craft has been passed down through generations, preserving its rich cultural significance.

What Makes Our, Kardanakhi Estate Chacha Unique:

Unlike other production methods, we do not press the grape skins dry after fermentation. This decision leaves the pomace juicy, resulting in a richer, more aromatic spirit. This juicier base enhances both the flavor and aromatic complexity of our Chacha.

Classic Chacha

• Alcohol Content: 45% ABV
• Tasting Notes: Clean and aromatic with traditional Georgian Chacha characteristics—bold yet smooth.
• Serving: Ideal as an aperitif or digestif.

Serving Recommendations:

• Temperature: Enjoy at room temperature or slightly chilled at 16-18°C (61-64°F).
• Glassware: Best served in a small tumbler or a tulip-shaped glass to capture its full aroma.
